The Albacore are in an area seventy-five to eighty miles or closer to San Diego. The First String out of H&M had LIMITS of Albacore, 8 Yellowfin Tuna, 11 Bluefin Tuna, 100 Skipjack for 32 Anglers on a recent overnight trip. Coronado Island fishing produced 20 Yellowtail, 25 Calico Bass, 21 Barracuda, 6 Bonito, 50 Rockfish, 1 Halibut for 40 Anglers on the Malihini also from H&M on Sunday. Water temperature off shore is about sixty-eight degrees and that is providing fishermen with the wide variety of fish right now. That water should move north in the coming days and bring with it some of the best fishing of the season. Local half day and three quarter day as well as full day boats should benefit from the warmer conditions.
